Writer

52-years-old but most people think I’m early 40′s (At least that’s what they tell me.  Then again, they might just want beer)  The important thing  is, I feel like I’m 35, my health is good and I don’t take any regular medication.  What I’ve learned is high blood pressure, high cholesterol, erectile function, and most every other condition you see advertised on TV can be corrected by diet, the right supplements, and exercise.

I moved to Los Angeles in the early 80′s (from Arizona) to be a TV sitcom writer.  Worked all around the entertainment industry, achieved a lot of goals, fell short on others, and but quite happy with how things are at the 50 yard line.

Sports:  I’m a competitive archer, golfer, and a decent tennis player.  This past June I will be competed in archery at the U.S. Senior Olympics in Houston (youngster division!), and in August at the 2011 State Games of America held in San Diego.

Built like my Dad, kinda stocky, and have to keep an eye on the mid-section.

I make it a point to visit the doctor once a year, around my birthday, and get a check up including blood work and prostate tickler.   My advice… choose a female doctor with small hands and never offer to leave a tip.

And I listen to my nutritionist because her advice keeps me healthy.  By reading this blog, she can keep you healthy too… health by association.
